Download on PSP to avoid Virus

If you download a Rom and Emulator on your psp in common and run it on the computer could you avoid getting a virus for sure

I think DGemu is one of those sites, because they actually have really good quality roms (download one you'll see what I mean). But you also have to post in the forum for download points so...

Yeah I think you wont get a virus if it goes to the psp and you never open the file
