Yeah, fastfall after the dair, then l cancel etc...

As for a name, i'm not really sure. Drill shine was named due to the drill like affect of fox's dair, so i suppose that falco's should be named for a similar reason. I guess it could be something along the line of "Hardshine", but that makes it sound like a shine move rather than combination of dair and shine. Another name might be "D-Shine"

You could possibly name it "Falco's Stupid Combo". But then again, I'm not really sure.

its just called dair shine....
i dont think i would like this named...
cause it would give everyone the wrong idea...
its cool to name combos.. but when we start naming the meat and potatoes of falcos game, its starts getting ridiculous....
its bad enough we have to put up with the name "dashdancing", i dont want to play falco if his best combo is called shine dancing or watever...

haha fair point. I never objected to keeping dair->shine exactly that, yet simply was speculating ideas for a possible name. But after reading your post i suppose that it is best to keep it dair->shine.

How about we stick with just "Shine Combos?" With the game this late in its lifespan, trying to slap names to long established techniques is just not going to fly well with the general community.

Yeah, it'd be akin to renaming the shine as "Hexagon" or "Hex" for short, which would sound extremely ********. Connect the two points if you can.

Stop thinking of names, it's really pointless. If you don't like getting sheildgrabbed, you need to fast fall before hitting the opponent's shield, so I usually try to ff before starting the dair.

Its called a drill shine and you have to time your l-canceling correctly to do it. It might take you some time to learn but just pratice and you will get the hang of it.

Most people actually just call it dair to shine, or simply just group most of Falco's combos as "shine combos."

Fox's dair -> shine is more commonly referred to as drillshine.
