Smash Apprentice
I have been playing Luigi for a while but I can not get down doing double aerial. Any advice on how to learn to do/use them?

Personally, I never use Luigi, but I see the com doing these all the time. I'm quite interested in learning this myself.

You should be more specific, I'm guessing you're having more problems timing the aerials in your short-hop, though you're problem could just be short hopping in general.
but uhh, yeah, to do them, just short hop, then immediately do any two aerials with the exception of having the 1st one be a neutral-air.
The most common use would be f-air or more likely d-air, into n-air as the 2nd aerial. It's a great pressure tactice, because you can space the n-air so you don't get grabbed, and it's also a great combo set-up, because if they get hit the n-air pops them up for an attack.
Double b-air is also a pretty good one, because it can also be spaced good n' stuff. So yeah, not too hard to learn how to do, just try using 'em a lot and you'll learn the situations.

My problem I think is in the timing, I just can not get both aerials in one short hop. I am trying to learn with two Fairs.

If you're hands aren't that fast, you should try the C-Stick, flick it twice.

You don't have to be quick for Luigi's aerials. Just practice.
