Hey everyone. Just so I'm clear on this, THIS IS NOT A PREDICTION, but an assumption. Well we can all almost geuss Captain Falcon is in right? And we can also almost guess that Ganondorf will be in to correct? Well, my asumption is that Captain Falcon will be anounced before Ganon, and Ganon will have a new move set. Here's my method of thought:
Why bring back C. Falcon?
Because he has been in Smash since the beginning, and has many fans (I am not included). Also he has quite a large series of games.
Why bring back Ganon?
Because he is the king of evil. It would be like taking Bowser out of Smash. I mean, would Sakurai really be unfair to the LOZ fans by taking out a major character in the series? Probably not.
Why would Ganon have a different moveset?
Very simply put, the programmers of SSBB are trying their hardest to get rid of clones. I'm not saying that there are not going to be clones, but we are going to see much fewer of them. And also if Ganon is put back in the game, then because we can assume he will be using his LOZTP graphics, he would probably use some of his moves from that game (I'm guessing he would probably use his sword). I mean really, wouldn't it be kind of silly to see the LOZTP Ganon doing sparkly flips and magical punches? That's just my oppinion though.
What would C. Falcon be announced before Ganondorf?
Well assuming that C. Falcon is comming back, how do you thing how C. Falcon players would react to seeing Ganon appear first with his own new moveset? Some people would be crushed to think "They took away Ganon's old moveset, so that means C. Falcon is gone". I highly doubt that the Dojo would do that (the only exeption is the whole "up until now" quote about Ness).
Well anyways, please don't flame me for this, I just wanted to post my oppinion on the matter. I would be more then happy to hear all of your thoughts on this. Thank you everyone.
