Dolphin Online- Netplay question

Hey, i downloaded dolphin and got all that good stuff to work and was playing netplay. My FPS was down around 45ish on average and i asked and was told that good fps will be around 70ish? Was wondering if someone could take a look at my specs and tell me what would needed to be upgraded or if there are just settings i can change around, thanks!

Melee runs at 60 fps on a gamecube, so that would work fine. Can you send screenshots of your dolphin graphics menu? I don't think it's your computer.
