Dolphin Gecko Codes for Red/White LCancel

I know that 20XX allows you to turn on both red flash for unsuccessful and white flash for successful L cancel at the same time.

I want to enable this in vanilla melee but I can only find Gecko codes that conflict with each other and I can only use one at a time.

Does anyone have Gecko codes for both flashes that I can enable at the same time?
