So, "
January 31st, 2008. Super Smash Bros. Brawl has officially gone on sale in Japan. Is everybody having fun with it?

However, Smash won’t come out in North America for a bit and sadly, Europe has an even longer wait until the game releases.

For the past eight months or so, Smash Dojo has served as a source of basic information for the game, but with the release of Brawl, the Dojo will take on a new role.

From here on out, the Dojo will begin to introduce the hidden characters, hidden stages, and additional features in Brawl that have gone unmentioned until now. I’d like to continue to add on to the Dojo so that players of Brawl can come back to this website following it’s completion and view Smash Dojo as a sort of guide for the game.

I plan on continuing updates for another two months, so please continue to enjoy the site.

Just remember, I’ll be posting information on hidden characters and other in-game secrets, so you should take caution when viewing the site if you want to save those surprises for later."

You guys think that means that there will be more than 35? Or will he just confirm all the characters that leaked?

All that leaked. It would be funny if he revealed a character no one ha seen.

I can't help but to wonder if they'll ever release a character through wifi updates...
But the team that worked on this for a long time is going to dismantle and everybody is going to go their own way.

So the roster that appeared on the Internet with R.O.B. and Toon Link IS the final roster, with all the characters that you can play as in the game.

I think that people are 'disappointed' because it was nothing really new that was revealed to us.
They should have left Sonic and Snake for last. Just to show us "NEW STUFF". And end the "non-secret things" phase with a blast. And then go onto the secret stuff.

When I saw the whole roster I was like..."oh ok". Wolf wasn't really a surprise.... or Falco or Ganondorf or Toon link or MrGandW.
It wasn't like "Holy ****! I'm so glad Lucario got in!!!"
The only one that to me was a bit surprising was R.O.B.

One thing that they seemed to have failed was to balance the dojo updates. Sometimes it was great sometimes it wasn't.

Now even the updates that are going to reveal secret characters and such are not going to be as exciting, because people have already spread everything they can onto the Internet, and Sakurai can't compete with that if he's going to update one or two things a day.

It's going to be quite silly when Sakurai reveals Toon Link and says "Ha! You weren't expecting this were you?????"

Just to think that the game's instruction manual might have more information that in the Dojo.

Thats very true. However, perhaps through time Nintendo will realize that wifi updates would be sweet as ****. Maybe they could get a different team to create either characters, new trophies/stickers/stages you know.

But....prolly not. Brawl could've been a lot better I think. Not saying its bad or anything. It just seems like with so much time spent on the "Final Smash" game there could've been a better increase in characters. And, what was all the "no clones" thing? Fox, Falco and Wolf...even if their moves differ, you know that its not even enough to remove the clone template from them.

Pfft. **** =P
