Does young links up b have bad priority?

I cant help but notice how easily characters are gimping YL's up b off stage. Sometimes it seems to have weak trade value against other attacks. Does it have weak priority?

All of Young Link's priority has been nerfed. I continue to be caught off guard at how easily people punish my down-air, my up-air, etc. Those used to be very difficult to challenge. Now, it just seems like everyone does it mindlessly.

Ylink’s up b definitely isn’t the best. First of all it gets edgeguarded by every counter in the game. Second of all a lot of projectiles can gimp it. The problem for me is getting a good Ylink player off stage in the first place
