Does Wario have the Shoulder Bash and Butt Stomp now?

A friend of mine claimed that he saw Wario doing the Shoulder Bash and Butt Stomp from some stream yesterday.

Is this true? If so, what attack could it be? The Wario Bike is his side special, so the Shoulder Bash couldn't go there... Perhaps it's his dash attack?

And what about the Butt Stomp? Is it like in Project M?

Well, It has the same stats and frames and damage but it is technically a new attack.

I know it has the same damage, but the move clearly has more range, less speed, and I heard from someone that it doesn't have super armour.
