does the shine to spike combo still work at high percents

In melee falco could shine, jc spike on characters at high percents and I was wondering if this was still possible ?

Yeah, everything Melee Falco can do, PM Falco can do, and more.

It still works the same, they'll just fly up higher than usual and you'll have to use your second jump as you would expect
