How does staling work in this game?
Is it % and knockback still like Brawl?
And also, staling didn't exist in training mode in Brawl. That doesn't apply to Smash 4 now?

Counts as an item throw, so no. Also: does not de-stale other moves.

Nah, all attacks in training mode still don't get stale, it still doesn't let you test properly.
