Does Ken's Peach Theory apply to Brawl Peach?

I was thinking about this other night and wanted to know if this was true.

I know King Beef defies the theory, but does it apply to other peach mains?

I'm pretty sure it was:
Fat, Gay, or effeminate.

There are rules for other characters too, like Falco mains have to be black, or Toon Link main can't be white, etc etc
