Does Fox's dair on a shield lead to a guaranteed grab?

Depends on how low you do the dair. If the dair hitboxes are still out by the time you reach the ground, then the shieldstun will be enough for Fox to get a grab. If you do a SH dair really quickly usually the dair hitboxes end before you hit the ground and the other person can get a grab.

Fox can prolly shine out of shield in fox dittos.

I'm more concerned about Pika's fair and dair on shield.
If those are not done low enough, is it possible to get a grab or Falc's upsmash out of shield? They have pretty good shieldstun, d-mn pika.
