Does Doc or Mario win the R&L matchup?

I have recently been studying how to beat Rosalina and Luma with Mario since there has been new meta, I have looked at the matcup from docs perspective too.
Advantages for docs:
-Stronger Up B for non-custom
- Fair kills of the top
- F-smash has higher knockback
- Bair has more knockback and damage
-Up smash has a trajectory that DI-ed more easily imo
Doc unfortutanely can easily get gimped in his recovery due to his Up B not going as far. Mario of course has more range of F-smash, FLUDD, Dair has more combo abilities and fair is a spike.

What are your thoughts?

Another advantage Doc has is tornado instantly killing Luma and instantly killing Rosa when edge guarding.

But the biggest advantage Mario has over Doc is much better airspeed. Mario already has a hard time getting around Rosa's uair and landing but Doc, with his much worse airspeed, gets juggled to hell and back.

Neither wins the MU, but Mario has an easier time. Doc has his advantages in terms of KO power and Down-B knocking Luma away, but his air speed and jump height are so low that the most important aspect in fight Rosie--getting in--is significantly more difficult as Doc.

They don't win, no, but they don't get stomped either. It is slightly in Rosalina's favor, just not by much.
