Does anyone know a mind game-reliant player?

So yeah, pretty self-explanatory.
I want to see how it could be possible...personally, I wouldn't have the mind and reaction time to react accordingly to what my opponent does and constantly remain unpredictable.

I would say that I rely more on mind games and analyzing my opponent's strategy than I do on technical moves and combos. I constantly evaluate my play style against characters and other players to see how I am predictable. I can use predictability to my advantage, so that I can condition my opponent to react a certain way and then I turn it into a trap. I study my opponent's strategy and look for weaknesses and predictability.
