Does anyone here have a link for pre-made PAC's/PSC's for any or all hacks?

If so please link me to the download and tell me where to store it before I go copy and pasting. The one on Brawl+.net did NOT work. So I ask you guys instead.

After this all of my Brawl hacks will be complete! But I can't find a link for pre-made PACs. Do you guys have one? If so please tell me.

What I want is a Brawl PAC/a full list of texture hacks for all characters and stages already put into a file folder that I can just copy and paste and copy that to my apps folder. Does that make since? Go to the brawl.net install section and try and click on that link. It will not load and it has ALL of the character PAC's. I want all texture hacks or most of them in any category (character, stage, assist trophy, item) in a file folder bundle so I can just unzip it to my SD card. I need a link that has a PAC bundle.
