Does anyone have a high quality GIF maker?

1) This belongs in the computer forum
2) There are no high quality GIF makers, GIFs are naturally a crappy resolution. You can't make a High res gif (that I know of, at least)

If possible, I would use photoshop. (If you want it animated take it into Imageready)

Like others have said, they are generally bad quality, but, if you click "save for web" in photoshop and click gif, it may help a bit because it only conforms to what colors you have then. (at least I'm pretty sure that's how it works)
