Does anyone have a brawl photo decryption site?

I have never actually uploaded brawl photos, but I really want to.

I watched a video on how to upload brawl photos and it said:
1. Put photos on an sd card
2. Upload files from card to computer
3. Upload those files to a decrypter


I have searched google for a decryption site and most of them are not active anymore. Does anyone have a site that still works?

and if any of my steps are wrong feel free to tell me, i'm a noob in this area :king:

There isn't a site that decrypts for you (I might be wrong on that). You do it with a program.

Here's a video I found with links (?) to the program. Though I have not personally downloaded them myself, it sounds like what I used.
