Does anyone else think that Fox's shine should be nerfed?

I think that in the next patch, Fox's shine (side b I think, maybe it's down b) should be heavily nerfed or just removed. It's not fair that Fox has so many different options and pretty much can't be shield grabbed due to this move. Oh, I also think wavedashing should be removed since it's basically hacking/cheating for free wins, but that's another thread.

Like if you agree!!!
