Do you think tags can be made in Japanese (characters) again?

Just wondering, since I saw it on Japanese trailers of Brawl, becauseI'm not sure if the version here would support the Japanese language like in Melee.

I'm one of the people who uses the Japanese characters solely for a Japanese name xD

Because North America and Japan use the same version of the game (NTSC), I believe Japanese char. for tags will, once again, be possible.
