If what I can make out in your grammer is true, then yes, if used well, Sonic is a force to be reckoned with (As for any character technically). But it's not easy for Sonic IMO.
Personally, when I play with Sonic, I can force my opponents to where I want them to go pretty well.
So, Ultimately, yes. He can be good.

Shadow is an assist trophy, that's fine for me.
