Do taunts footstool in air like they did in brawl?

Just watching the Pikachu Infinite Combo video by My Smash corner (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=waR9js3dabI) and it just came to mind. In brawl you were able to change your controls and you can map some buttons to "Taunt/Footstool", although it does not say this in Smash 4 will it still work?

You're thinking of PM. In Brawl and Smash 4 footstools occur when you press the jump button next to someone's head.

Jumping on someone results in a footstool in Smash 4. There's no separate input for a footstool in this game.
