Legend of Zelda Do any of you see potential for a Zelda release in the upcoming 3DS?

I saw that video and was amazed. I see a lot of potential for a Zelda release that utilizes the 3-D effects to solve puzzles. No cel-shading though, N64 graphics please!

The Final Countdown is now playing in your head.
I don't see why not. And seeing as how Nintendo has chosen to expand on the Wind Waker-esque style on handhelds, I don't see that changing either. But I'd LOVE to see... for lack of a better word, watered-down version of Wind Waker on there with its similar gameplay. I dunno about you guys, but moving around with the stylus gets a bit tedious.

Why N64 graphics? The DS is already above N64 in terms of graphical capabilities. The 3DS will most likely be on par with the Gamecube.

I love Celda for handheld and would like to see it stay around (especially if handheld Celda can up to TWW in terms of quality, although resolution will always suffer). I think Zelda 3DS is a given. Maybe not at lunch, maybe not within a year, but it will happen. Phourglass didn't come out until almost three years into the DS lifespan (and it's hard to believe the DS has been around since 2004!).

I don't see how it could hurt. The Zelda series has such a great reputation that if it is a great game, people will want it, and if it sucks, people are going to want to witness that for themselves out of disbelief and most likely buy it anyway. It'd still be a large income in Nintendo's pocket.

Can, I get a link to this video?

I haven't seen it yet but from what I am hearing there is going to be a new ds with graphics in 3d? How is that possible?

Next they are gonna make us put on helmets and gloves and we are gonna go in a virtual world?

Lets hope it wont be like Avatar's 3D, where I threw up a few times.
It's a weird sort of 3D, where it looks like the two screens are portals that you can tilt to get differant angles of the world if that makes any sense at all (please correct me if I'm wrong, that's from what I've heard).

Possibly, I see puzzles being either interesting, confusing, or annoying.

Well as the tags in the video I posted said the game in that video is actually a Japan-exclusive DSiWare game, however I wouldn't be surprised if it was almost a stomping ground to the 3DS itself.

Honestly, it almost seems like a a more intuitive substitute for a dedicated camera control button. It's almost like looking through a window rather than at two screens or whatever. For a game like Zelda I think that would be pretty incredible.
