Dk's Role in SSE

Here is what I think when they (diddy and him) fight bowser:

After bowser (assuming) loses, Bowser will make a deal with Kong. He will give his bananas back if he steals Peach (like Pauline in the arcade games) so it attracts mario and bowser can wipe him out. Kong accepts and tells Diddy to go back to the jungle to guard the house or something. Then He goes and see's fox and you know the rest.

Why would DK make a deal like that instead of pounding Bowser's head in?

I think that the obvious thing is that Bowser blasts DK with the trophy gun. That would explain why Diddy wanders off on his own.

Highly doubt it, unless diddy didnt know it, seeing as he didn't seem all too desperate when swinging those branches in the short movie we got

edit: just found out it probably does happen, seems diddy is just a careless wimp afterall

I think he got turned into a statue. After DK beats the livin hell outta bowser so then bowser turns DK into a statue while he was distracted
