You probably can you'd just have to hit with DK's chest on the second hit as the first one would launch them up, kinda like Ganon's Dair in Melee, DK has a chest part that meteors them and it's rather easy to land too. But, I don't think it'll be AS good since Ganon's stomp adds a bit of extra stun than DK's.
