Request Disable Effect to see hitbox easily

In debug mode, there are 3 way of hitbox & hurtbox display.

1. only characters texture
2. hurtbox & hitbox over texture
3. only hurtbox & hitbox

I want effect to be disable when mode "2" and "3".
Because effect prevents us from seeing hitbox!
ex. Fox's Up-B, Samus's d-tilt and so on...
