Should Dig Dug be in Smash Ultimate?

I’m sure I’m probably one of the few people that would think this, but wouldn’t Dig Dug be a great character for Ultimate? I mean we have PAC-MAN as a fighter; what’s wrong with another arcade classic? I imagine his side smash could be similar to Villager’s in which he drops boulders instead of bowling balls. His down-B could be the pump he uses to blow up the enemies. To be honest, I haven’t put a lot of thought into this, but I feel like Dig Dug has great potential as a fighter in Smash Ultimate.
