I'm a new smasher. Just wondering what is the difference between styles of Hugs, Duck, and Plup? What makes their Samus unique to one another? How different are their strategies, approaches, neutral game, edge guarding, etc...

Also, if any, what have you picked up or learned from any one of them that you absorbed into your own style?

Hugs is very conservative in his play and mostly goes for trades and confirmed stuff.
Duck is also very good, but he plays a little more aggressively than HugS does (I almost never see HugS approach, but Duck does sometimes).
Plup developed this interesting tech where, on the character select screen, instead of pressing A on Samus, he presses A one character to the right. Using this tech in tournament has seemed to work out well for him. (In all seriousness though, Plup plays the weirdest Samus I've ever seen, but also the most technical. He regularly utilizes AI to tech chase, punish, and recover.)
