Difference between nipple spike and regular dair hitbox?

Is the nipple spike really a spike, like falco's or marth's dair, or is it a meteor just like the regular dair hitbox?

Nipple spike actually spikes, and it's the strongest spike in the game. You know you get it cause it sends them slightly out and down, as opposed to straight down
