Diddy Kong's Wall Clinging?

I just watched this movie on youtube for some tips and at 4:44 Diddy Kong is clinging on to the wall. How do you do that?

you press towards the wall when you jump into it.

yup. go try it. i find it easiest on final destination or yoshi's island. you can cling there when your opponent is recovering and when they come in range wall jump (press away- not up) to fair or dair.
