Diddy Kong Matchup

Hey guys!

I was at the Hit And Stun 2 Tournament and placed 9th(using squirtle and zelda).
I did meet a Diddy, and I have no Experience playing against this Character.
Any advice how to play this matchup?

With squirtle's superior mobility, I steal all his bananas. Then I'll hit him with one to start a tech chase.

A great way to kill diddy is to hit him with a banana wait for him to techroll backwards, reverse hydroplane up-smash to chase and kill off the top. In all honesty, the 3.5 MU is going to be quite different though.
