Diddy Kong's Locks & Chainthrows Discussion​

Purpose of Discussion:
- Find and discuss new locks and chainthrows
- Discuss stradegy / situations for use
- Stastics for each Lock / Chaingrab [such as who is works on, what % ect.]
- Work on Metagame
- Ask question and recieve answers

"Diddy's CHAIN THROW"​

Discovered by P-1​

Here is a video of NinjaLink doing an example of the "Chain Throw" at 0:17 - 0:24

This chainthrow is ONLY limited to certain charcters / situations due to variables such as "trip animations" and "Character Percentage"example: the video above with pikachu vs. Diddy, it would be easy or more easy to do the chain on him because of his very long trip animation whereas it would be difficult against characters such as luigi with a long horizontal trip animation*. IDK all of the characters that can or cannot you just have to try it out.

Wasn't that Luigi player? I could be mistaken.

And you need actual discriptions of each of the locks/chains if you want this to be a good discussion thread. Telling us to go to other threads and then come back is like a Wikipedia disambiguation page, and those aren't exactly hot topics :\ This is good in concept, but currently poor in execution. I don't want to have to go to a thread where a discussion about the thing wanting to be discussed here is already underway just so that I can copypasta everything said in those threads here. Put your own description, your own input. Ask for the community's input on the different locks and update the OP as new information arrives. It's important :p

Yes, I'm going to have descriptions and other bullets once I have more input. I'll put the description in now but, was just trying to get the thread out once you put your Technique Acronyms to see if I could get input from both threads to benefit everyones

I did have a VIDEO and the Thread for each technique to give people the understanding

P1 Yes for sure, If you want you can give me a PM of a detailed summary, discription, and a how to and I'll add some info in myself

honestly you guys I should have waited a couple of days to make this thread because this week coming up is my last week of school and its exam week and I've been studing for Exams.

Wednesday is my last day, so hopefully I have this thread is "A" shape in the next couple of days.

[Thread Note: Also, when I made this thread it was actually a post for someone asking for help in the diddy Kong boards then later thinking about it and thought it was worth to make a Thread / Discussion about it.]

Sauce Boss: teching just means you time your nana throw to hit them when the tech is just about finished. Just because they have some mobility/freedom to choose which way they roll doesn't mean they can avoid getting hit by a banana again;
