I was thinking about it, but I've heard how great the Pro Controller is, so I'm currently leaning towards buying that instead.

No. I haven't used a Gamecube controller in so long, it'd probably be awkward to go back.

I have not. I still have 3 GC controllers in great shape. I may do so though, it just depends on funds.
