Did the... Horizontal blast zones get reduced?

Something odd I've been noticing since the patch is it feels like I've been dying much earlier than I used to. It might just be a placebo, but I swear to god I wasn't this early horizontally. This thread (http://smashboards.com/threads/can-anyone-test-sheiks-fair-for-me.406404/) claims Sheik's fair killed Pikachu at around 120% close to the edge, so either Sheik's fair got buffed, the blast zones have been reduced, or stancosmos is just lying.

Has anyone compared KO percentages from pre-patch yet?
