This may be known but I haven't seen it mentioned so I'll go ahead and describe it. You can desynch from any jump landing, including an empty SHFFL. I don't have action replay, but from going into training mode at 1/4 speed it looks like this is a 1-frame desynch, either the frame Nana hits the ground or the frame before. I've only been able to do one attack from this, however, and that's charged downsmash. Simply continue holding down while you fast-fall, then hit A when Nana touches the ground (or immediately before--again, not sure). Nana will start charging a downsmash and Popo will do a dtilt.

This is pretty useful because your opponent will almost never see it coming, and when you land, Popo will crouch while Nana starts the charged smash. Your opponent won't even see Nana charging and may come in to attack.

I've also been able to desynch into a jump from this, two different ways. If you hold up after Popo hits the ground but before Nana does, Popo jumps up into the air. If you hit jump on the frame Nana hits the ground, Nana jumps.

I know the dash dance and pivot desynchs are well known, but some people don't know how to do them so I'll go ahead and explain.

There are two ways to desynch from dash dance. One way is to stop dashing while Nana is sliding around. When Popo is still, you can attack with him before Nana catches up. The other way, which IMO is more useful, is to immediately hit down after a turn-around dash, then do your desynched attack with Nana. I find this is a great way to trap people into blizzards. Run away, then quickly do a dash dance desynch to blizzard. You can also dash towards your opponent, turn around, hit down, and do a forward smash towards him with Nana while Popo runs away. It's very hard to see this coming.

The pivot desynch is very useful if you can pivot well. If you pivot a forward smash with A, for instance, you can have Popo charge a smash attack while Nana does a dash attack, and it happens instantly. You can also charge a pivoted smash with C-stick + Z and Nana will run forward to grab in case your opponent shields the smash attack. She will keep on grabbing while you hold Z. I also like pivoted C-stick fsmash => immediate Nana blizzard.

There are many other things you can do with these desynchs. Just experiment and if you find new useful stuff post it here.

Could you describe this more in detail? I've been trying to figure this out on-and-off for a couple weeks, but I can never seem to get it more than say 50% of the time. Half the time nana will desynch blizzard, half the time they both will blizzard.

Any suggestions/ideas?

You make a fairly quick quarter-circle motion to turn around and do the desynch. I don't know why, but it doesn't work if you don't press down. Also, there's a slight pause between when you do your attack and when it will appear. To clarify, you have to continue holding your attack until it comes out. So to desynch into blizzard this way you would dash one direction => dash opposition direction => quickly press down => while holding down press B => continue holding. You can also just pause somewhat after pressing down, and then do your attack and it should come out immediately. I usually just use the delayed approach so I don't have to think about the timing.

Another things I just figured out for the empty SHFFL desynch--
If you flick up on the control stick between Popo and Nana landing, then Popo will jump while Nana stays grounded. If you make the flick brief enough, Popo will SH while Nana is grounded. The easiest way to do this is to just make a quick down-up flicking motion of the control stick to fast-fall and do this desynch.

This is actually very useful, as it's a fast way to launch a simultaneous air + ground attack, and it's also the fastest way to do desynched jumping ice blocks, which are the most spammable ice blocks for edgeguarding and whatnot.

If you hold up on the control stick from any desynch and continue to hold up, Nana will continously hop alongside Popo. This doesn't seem useful but it's pretty funny looking.

Platform reverse waveland desynch--

When you waveland on a platform and slide off backwards, you can desynch during the falling animations after a slight pause, depending on the height of the platform. This is a quick and unexpected way to desynch into ice blocks.
