What do you think the chances are of this game being delayed?

I mean it's smart of them to have it out around the holidays but what if they delay it to give the 3ds version some more life or sell more? Releasing it for the 3ds and then they wii u a month or two afterwards...is it really smart on their part?

10% chance of delaying, and slightly cloudy.

It's low, Smash 3DS is already out in japan, so delaying the international releases would be taboo.

And the Wii U has to basically be done, i'm pretty sure the rest of the development right now is just making everything look as amazing as they can get it, as i think most of the base game coding are the same between games.

Games still get delayed these days. Evil Within did. First impressions and reviews are still important for majority of sales. Once it's out in the wild, whatever taste it initially game usually lingers.
