Deflecting Turnips Off the Shield

Canada is ****, and they know a lot of trixies about melee. One of them was whenever i pulled a good turnip (dot eye or stitch face) they would angle the shield in such a way that the turnip would do a mini bounce upwards and deflect behind them so that i couldnt regrab my turnip. that is soo ****.

vwins and kirbykaze both knew how to do it. Someone teach me this **** trixie ****it. its so useful. darn canadians are so smart they like **** and stuff

If it's anything like a super scope shot I believe it involves shield tilting down and inward, but I'm not at my TV to test

Edit: Favorite kill ever was when I deflected a fully charged superscope shot upward, killing a friend of mine above me, who had been complaining the entire match that "that wasn't what I told the controller to do!"
