Dedede throws a smaashball

i was mesin around with dedede and throwing waddledees when suddenly i threw out a smash ball instead of a dedede. this happen to anyone else?

I've thrown out a few items (with items set to none) with DeDeDe but never a Smash Ball. I thought he was only able to throw grabbable items with his side B

i threw one out to this has pot to be top tier hes broken now. we have to discoger how this isheppening.
