How do you get a grab in and approach a B^ spammer?

Shield grab up close or glide attack? I don't usually fight spammers so I don't know how effective it is. Try one of your B moves maybe?

Shield the up-b, and punish. Pretty easy if they spam it.

How can you not? Lol.

Just shield or jump over the Final Cutter shots. If he keeps doing it, you're close enough to punish. If not, then he's not longer spamming and your problem is solved.

Of course if you're talking about online +lag time... it's still possible, but spamming in general is much more effective.
