Dazzle + Virtualdub

Alright, I'm having trouble with it. I have Dazzle DVC100 and I'm using the Virtualdub program to record it. The audio is coming out perfectly, exactly how it is in the game, but the video is not. The frames are going crazy, usually going faster and dropping some frames.

I didn't think it was possible to record with Dazzle in VDub.

I've tried fixing it, but the video only runs smoothly if I take audio recording off from Dazzle.

recording audio through most devices in a 3rd party software normally does not work well and ends up glitchy. use your sound card to record the audio and the capture card to record video as mentioned in my windows media encoder guide.

VirtualDub is a video processing program. Don't use it to record footage.

...That's (way) worse than the options given with the Dazzle Studio.

I 've had Pinnacle Studio 11 before Dazzle, and I tried recording it in Studio, but it comes out worse than from recording in virtualdub.
