Dazzle Problem

Alright, so I've recorded some matches with Dazzle DVC100 before on this computer, but recently it hasn't been showing up. I go to My Computer to see if it's there and it isn't. When I try recording with it it says "Device not found".

Halp?

uhhh this is a little hard to do without knowing what everything looks like...

do you have a camera to take a picture of your set up?
