Excuse me if this is already a topic, but I feel it's important to discuss. Move this to the 3DS section if needed but this also applies to the Wii U version anyway.
So we all know Japan will get Smash 3DS first, in less than two weeks. I know there are those of us with a Japanese 3DS who will buy the game.
For those that will use this method, I propose a few things that can be researched.
- Unlockable characters and how to unlock them
- The starting roster
- All the characters' moves, custom moves, costumes, etc.
- Music
Probably a few more things I'm too lazy to list. I think people can upload them to YouTube, they likely wouldn't be removed since reviewers have their embargo lifted on that date as well. Possibly do this via livestream.
Ideally, if you are one of those with a 3DS Capture Card embedded in a Japanese 3DS, this is the best way to document the info.
What do you guys think? What else could be documented? Also, if anyone could post here stating that they'll gather information, what ways they'll provide it (YouTube, Twitch, whatever...), if you have a Capture Card, and will do this willingly (aka not get pissy when people ask for info and you just want to enjoy the game, hehe) then you should post here, methinks. Perhaps I'll even list you in an organized fashion... maybe...
I'd love to do it myself but I simply do not have the means to fork out $400-$500 just for one game and a Japanese 3DS, as much as I'd love to.
