It's similar to this video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HkuqgBy7sn8

I was recovering to the stage on Final Destination, and here's what happened.

1) I charged Skull Bash to the max, fired, and got caught on the curvy area (still doing Skull bash in that area) where it's easy for Pikachu to walljump
2) The other Pikachu was on the stage, and did a dash attack, which ended at the ledge, while I was still in the skull bash state (spinning) and hugging the curvy area
3) His dash attack knocked me out of the skull bash state, while I was still hugging the curvy area, and I fell to my doom

Testing may be needed; it doesn't seem tournament-useful, but it'd be fun glitch to exploit.

If the glitch is 100% effective, then it may be useful for hitting people who are hugging the curvy area, but that's really all there is to it.

I'd like to thank Mr. E for helping me discover this glitch~ So, thanks a lot.

So... umm... you Skull Bashed and while Skull Bashing, you got hit out of it and fell to your doom? Or were you still in your Skull Bash state when you fell?

I wish I recorded that match, because yeah that was me who did the dash attack.

That curve right under the edge of FD is where he skull bashed into, meanwhile at the same time I dash-attacked at the edge directly above him. I should have missed, but if I remember correctly Spark bounced off the curve and fell and died.

I am having a hard time coming up with theories to explain why my attack somehow connected...

I have before seen weird instances where in attack on FD hit people under that lip. i have seen a donkey punch do it (i was the victim lol.......) this is very interesting.

then, certain dashing a attacks, or attacks similar to it,may be effective against any character who is hugging that area

could anyone recreate this situation? (I don't have my wii -_-)

There are a few attacks that have a deceptive vertical range to them. Pikachu's Down Smash hits slightly underneath the platform he's on during the final hit.

P.S.: I just found that U-tilt has a bigger horizontal range than D-Smash. :3
