Dair to Footstool Set-Up

Not sure if anyone has ever discovered this but I was messing around in training mode yesterday and found this:

Works with both DP and Pit, it's a lot harder to land on fastfallers however, but I've only had the time to test it on Ike and Ness and it works on both. Thoughts?

Nice vid but it's been discovered Dark pit can followup dair with ftilt on some characters to extend the lock.
