Dair Spike?

Just picked up Luigi recently, I was wondering where in Luigi's Dair hitbox it spikes. I've tried the common suggestions with mixed results, hoping the Luigi boards can help me =)

Luigi's Dair spike hitbox is right about when he spins his hands, not to big but hey if u ht him with left or right side u probably won't spike it' used right above ur opponet...

A/W, the Hitbox is the space when he spins his hands.
