What are the approximate percentages for d-throw to fair TRULY link with each weight class?

Even if it is a combo on training mode players can still DI it anyway so there is no true link. You just have to condition them to DI the way that you want so you can land the fair or look for an air dodge after the down throw.

Most people can DI away, but if they don't, it's between like 70-115%, depending on weight and rage. Drop it hard, or read the airdodge with their DI, and hope to drop it hard afterwards.

Maybe DAir -> UAir -> FAir would work... I have a feeling Victim could DI away from UAir though.

yeah that doesn't work, in fact there are very few characters that have characteristics to truly get combo'd with a true dthrow to fair. ness being one of these, u can dthrow fair him with stage one rage and below at 96, 97, or 98%. it doesnt show their true in training mode, but in game he doesnt have anything fast enough to get out, so read his di. there are other characters as well, dont know who they are yet, but well find out.
