Request D-pad left right in css sets music volume to 0 or default

Title pretty much sums my request up.

I feel like this code would be really nice to have at smashfests to reduce the general noise in the venue.
It would be nice to have in an already modded dol so that you basically never have to leave the css.

I could probably use dolphin to find the value that determines volume % and i could probably use one of the codes where d-pad is used in the css to make a new code with an if-wannabe. To be honest though i have no idea how to write dol stuff, pls halp.

Sadly no. What im looking for is a way to turn music off and on whenever i want in the character select screen
