Customizing Project M CSS

How do I customize the Character Select Screen on Project M? I know Yoshi, Kirby, Diddy, etc are still on Project M, but they just aren't selectable. I'd like to be able to play as their vBrawl versions until Project M is finished and would also like to add some custom textures to them. I have both Brawl Box and CSS organizer, but I'm not sure how to add those characters back on to the css.

I've read elsewhere that it can be done, but it didn't say how to.

They wont wotk properly without PM pacs. They wont be able to enter run from dash as an example

I know that, but I'd rather have them not work properly until the next demo is released than not have them at all.
