Custom textures not working at all?

Hey everyone,
So I put all my custom textures in their right directories (with the right names), yet they are not showing up at all in-game. Any advice?

I hate to bump, but any ideas on how to fix it?

When you downloaded them were they in PAC or PCS format.

PCS's are required for all characters, PAC's are optional for everyone except characters that transform (Samus/ZSS, Zelda/Sheik, Pokemon Trainer, Wario, and Bowser iirc).

they came in both PCS & PAC files for both the textures I downloaded.

Show me where the pf\fighter folder is in your SD card with a screenshot.

Do you use Riivolution, Gecko, or a USB Loader (with Gecko)?

I use Riivolution.

Then I can't really help with much else since I'm not familiar with Riivolution. :/
