Custom Move Side Events - Problem Solved?

Have neutral Singles & Doubles in Tournaments, and have a custom move side event. This way, you can have viability for nearly all the cast. In the neutral it'll have it's own tier list, and the low tiers in neutral will most likely have a chance in custom moves side events.

So virtually, much more viability for all characters in all tournaments rather than specifically some. If we have custom moves or neutral moves only tournaments, at the end of the day, it will provide less viability than that I mentioned above.

What are your thoughts?

Long story short though is that no, side tournaments never go that well or become common place.
